I just bought a house. And while preparing the kitchen for an update, I noticed that it has a wall border that has been painted over. Any ideas on how to remove it?
You’ll have to get through the paint layer so that wallpaper remover can get to the wallpaper. They sell a tool for this, meant to score the surface of vinyl wallpapers to allow the remover to do its work. Any paint department should have one.
