I told them I was a US citizen.
I told them I was on a business trip.
I told them I had no drugs or humans in the car.
That wasn’t enough. They wanted to search the car, and I invoked my 4th amendment rights.
I DID NOT RESIST OR FIGHT BACK. YET I WAS TAZERED REPEATEDLY AND SHOVED IN BROKEN GLASS REPEATEDLY!
I was IN the United States!!! I had crossed no international border!!!

The ’sufficiently …
The ’sufficiently minimal’ intrusion referred to in Martinez-Fuerte was elaborated upon within the ruling:
“Referrals are made for the sole purpose of conducting a routine and limited inquiry into residence status that cannot feasibly be made of every motorist where the traffic is heavy.
If the limited inquiries are initially made at primary, a referral to secondary represents an extended detention that must be based on consent or probable cause.

most people dont …
most people dont give their all in faithfully believing in our maker.they believe a little but are continually transgressing against Him. Doing this yes/no/yes/no/believe sometimes/sin/believe/sin/hear myself/hear God/hear myself mantality leads to POOR Faith=no growth. one Must have the faith of the mustard seed that grows to an abundant tree providing much of Gods fruit this FAITH can be attained by loyalty of hearing Gods voice&DOING IT.

“then you are …
“then you are saying he said no to the BP when they referred him to secondary.”
No, that’s what you think I am saying. You are wrong.
“then you agree anderson refused to go to secondary by saying “no” to the BP. or are you going to flip-flop your story again by denying that he refused to go to secondary when referred to by the BP?”
I’m going to do neither.
I’m doing my fed taxes here. Your comments are a welcome diversion.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
then you are saying …
then you are saying he said no to the BP when they referred him to secondary.
then you agree anderson refused to go to secondary by saying “no” to the BP. or are you going to flip-flop your story again by denying that he refused to go to secondary when referred to by the BP?

“oh so now you are …
“oh so now you are saying anderson said yes to the BP when they referred him to secondary.”
No, that’s what you think I said. You are wrong.
“I quoted what the pastor said in his video”
That’s what I actaully said.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
oh so now you are …
oh so now you are saying anderson said yes to the BP when they referred him to secondary.
“I quoted what the pastor said in his video”
which was his reply of “no” when the BP referred him to secondary.

I googled tavares …
I googled tavares browning taser” and not even his account matches yours. The doctors found that he was stunned twice, there is no evidence of his claim and he isnt exactly a law abiding citizen.
I certainly believe that police can and do abuse thier power occasionally, but I also look at people’s stories and when they tell a lie, thier entire story is in doubt. Tavares Browning claimed 5 burns, the doctors found only 4 puncture wounds (none on his genitals)

“then there you go. …
“then there you go.”
Where did I go? I’m still right here.
“you admit anderson refused to go to secondary by saying no to the BP.”
No I didn’t. I quoted what the pastor said in his video.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
then there you go. …
then there you go. you admit anderson refused to go to secondary by saying no to the BP.
according to Martinez-Fuerte, it is constitutional for the BP to refer motorists selectively to a secondary inspection area for limited inquiry on the basis of criteria that would not sustain a roving-patrol stop, since the intrusion is sufficiently minimal that no particularized reason need exist to justify it.

You know the answer …
You know the answer, but I am still enjoying this game so I’ll bite:
The video shows him saying “no, I’d like to go on my way”.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
in the audio of …
in the audio of this video, did anderson say that he said no to the BP when they referred him to secondary? yes or no? it’s starts at about the 0:53 mark.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“am still waiting …
“am still waiting for your answer”
I did answer. You seem to be waiting for a different answer. I hope you packed a lunch.
“i clarified “yes or no” you have yet to choose one. fact. ”
It sure is. I answered your question though. Fact. Would you like to see it again?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
pafoofnik1, did …
pafoofnik1, did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no? i am still waiting for your answer. listen to the audio in the video. don’t play avoid it again by asking a question. try being an adult and answering the question correctly. i clarified “yes or no”. you have yet to choose one. fact.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
Still on this? OK. …
Still on this? OK.
“did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no? ”
I didn’t see it in this video. Did you?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
did anderson refuse …
did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“childish avoidance …
“childish avoidance.”
Is that what you think I’m doing?
“don’t play dumb again.”
I’m not playing dumb. I answered your question. I’m sorry that you are unable to understand that.
Are we finished with your questioning about the courts. or will you be bringing it up again later?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“I didn’t see it in …
“I didn’t see it in this video. Did you?”
again with the childish avoidance.
don’t play dumb again. you have researched this incident and seen the video enough times to answer. did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
I did answer it …
I did answer it properly, but no matter.
“did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no? ”
I didn’t see it in this video. Did you?
Any plans for the day? It’s a little chilly here. I think I’ll do paperwork for awhile.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
since you refuse to …
since you refuse to answer that simple yes/no question properly, i will ask a different one.
did anderson refuse to go to secondary? yes or no?
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“and you could have …
“and you could have watched the 3 to 4 second segment again,”
Actually, I did.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“I have watched it” …
“I have watched it”
and you could have watched the 3 to 4 second segment again, but you chose to hide behind an absurd excuse by saying you are too busy to watch the whole video again. you had time to write a dozen or more posts, but you’re too busy to watch a small segment of the video. i know my stalker, reggie, hides behind weak excuses all of the time, but i thought you were better than that.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“so you are denying …
“so you are denying you wrote ”
Nope.
“are you also denying that you said ”
Nope. The two sentences have two different meanings. I’m sorry that you are unable to understand this.
“you did not answer the yes/no question”
I did answer it, just not to your liking. I’m sorry that you are unable to grasp this concept as well.
Glad to see you up this morning.
February 21st, 2010 at 7:19 pm
“I didn’t”
that’s …
“I didn’t”
that’s odd because it is what you wrote. so you are denying you wrote “I did not say that the courts said he did nothing wrong”? are you also denying that you said “He did nothing wrong, according to the courts”?
“I answered your question with a question”
which means you did not answer the yes/no question. thank you for confirming it once again.
