We specialize in creating, manufacturing and marketing high nutrition whole grain bread products for the home baker and professional chef.  We are working with nutritionists and doctors to create products for people with food allergies and restricted diets; such as, gluten free, yeast free, sugar free, lactose free diet restrictions.
