    We should be asking …
We should be asking President Felipe Calderon for help since he is already running our country! Bush is unwilling to do anything for America or the people who protect it!

  2. kelisw Says:

    lol Ignacio Ramos …
lol Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are not exactly “billy-bob rednecks” in fact they are both those people of ‘color’ your talking about. they are also AMERICANS and are getting the shaft for doing their jobs defending their country

    Amazing how we’re …
Amazing how we’re getting our run over! Our own government doesn’t care about the US citizen! The illegals coming here and leaving the legal residents of the US with medical expenses and taking our social security next, before anybody starts defending illegals I suggest you take a look at what the illegals are costing us in tax dollars. Everybody here legally and working legally in the US is paying for these illegal border crossing mexicans..

    This particular …
This particular incident is not a question about human rights as I have read in earlier posts. It’s about the irregularities of how it was handled.

This is usually and administrative issue. It’s irregular for this to be prosecuted this way. It’s irregular to give a drug smuggler imunity period let alone against law enforcement agents. It stinks of Bush, through Gonzalez, pushing his open borders agenda.

battlecreekonhallucenogenics, calm down. With every word you post, you just display your ignorance of the issue with greater clarity.

Your phony altruism for the “fruit picker” isn’t enough to hide the fact that you are a race baiter and hater. Your hatred for your fellow citizens and this country is appalling and treasonous in my opinion.

You come on here spewing hatred and venom and offer no facts to back your position.

  6. ruthiness Says:

    That’s pretty funny …
That’s pretty funny battlecreekonline.. talking about hate when you are such a loving person. Pot calling the kettle black here man. Mexicans come here to pick our fruit sure but also rape our women and children, steal our identities, murder 12 of us A DAY, get free healthcare on our dime and anyone wonders why we want them out? Mexican drug smugglers? Yeah I want them dead. Shoot on site. That would certainly slow down the drug trade.

  7. battlecreekonline Says:

    You’d rather kill a …
You’d rather kill a human being than have them come over here and pick fruit. What a red neck dumbass you are. How does one become such a up psycho nutcase as to want to kill a person because of thier race? It’s your idiot leaders on hate radio that should be left in the desert for dead.

  8. kywildcat Says:

    hmmmm…Hispanics …
hmmmm…Hispanics hunting Hispanics? Billy Bob Ramos and Billy Bob Compeon. Two redneck “legal colored” people.
    lol. What a moron.

  9. ruthiness Says:

    What an ignorant …
What an ignorant and uninformed comment from a scumbag Hispanic illegal no-doubt. The two agents are Hispanic brother… pretty far from Billy-Bob redneck Republicans. I hope next time Border Agents pursue a Mexican drug smuggler they shoot to kill and just bury the scumbag’s body in the desert.

  10. DeportThemNow Says:

    Typical statement …
Typical statement by an illegal alien scumbag. I hope the next time border agents use their guns they aim better. Dead Mexicans don’t sue

  11. battlecreekonline Says:

    Two “Billy-Bob” …
Two “Billy-Bob” redneck Republicans with guns shoot one of them “illegal colored” people. These were found guilty by a jury of their peers – not by some mystical unfair civil overlord. I hope they both end up someone’s “bitch” in prison but after the prison population finds out they like to hunt Hispanics they won’t live long enough.

  12. ruthiness Says:

    I think you are …
I think you are referring to the 14th Amendment which says legal and illegal RESIDENTS have protection under the Constitution. Last time I checked this drug smuggler was not a resident, he is a Mexican national thus he is not under US jurisdiction and thus he has no right to have testified or sue us for $5 million. This amendment was also never ratified and should be repealed.

  13. Mapache9999 Says:

    Those border …
Those border patrols must be an example for others. They are the kind of people who just do their job of protecting this beautiful country without hesitation and, most important, without caring about where they are from. This should be a reminder to all illegal law breakers what will happen to them when they come to the US to break laws.

  14. mcpartps Says:

    congress is …
congress is generally how an average american can speak to their government. if the president does not listen to congress, what is the message the president is trying to send the people here?

  15. ruthiness Says:

    I can’t believe …
I can’t believe anyone would defend the “rights” of a criminal illegal alien. This guy was fleeing from justice – his van was full of marijuana. They thought they were being fired upon so they returned fire. That is how pursuit of a suspect goes. No time for asking questions. Hey smuggler is that a gun you have there?

  16. ruthiness Says:

    I can’t believe …
I can’t believe anyone would feel an illegal alien drug smuggler had ANY rights to turn around and help these good border agents get charged in this way. It’s like the fleeing suspect from the police who crashes his car turns around and sues the city for his injuries. I’m sick and tired of people taking the side of the criminals and not only was this guy a REPEAT criminal, he is not even an American citizen. No RIGHTS for illegal aliens. Try doing that in Mexico!

  17. togussa Says:

    Actually The United …
Actually The United States Constitution openly states that all people arrested by the U.S. government have civil rights. Irreguardless of their nationality.

  18. togussa Says:

    Anotherwards, bush …
Anotherwards, bush does not care about his fellow Americans? SHOCKING!!!

  19. jmcoolidge Says:

    Dead men tell no …
Dead men tell no tales…they should’ve shot that druggie in the head.

  20. jmcoolidge Says:

You know I hate to …
You know I hate to say it but those agents screwed up big time. If they would’ve had better aim they could’ve avoided this whole mess. Next time shoot for the head and this wouldn’t happen. Just like if a burgler breaks into your house…make sure they’re dead and they can’t sue you.

  21. lynnhyland Says:

    The agents were …
The agents were doing their jobs, this drug dealer has been caught before and this was the second time. He was bring in even more tons of drugs this time. So because the agents caught him, and while chasing him, shot at him, our government had to teach them a lesson about messing with those drugs coming in. So of course Bush and his whole substance abuse family members are on the side of the drug dealer, and these border agents are headed to prison for doing their jobs.

  22. lynnhyland Says:

    There is NO excuse …
There is NO excuse for our governement giving immunity to the drug dealer and then prosecuting these border agents who were doing their jobs unless they are more interested in keeping all the DRUGS COMING IN from Mexico than they are in protecting our borders and keeping the drugs out of our country. The message is LOUD and CLEAR to the border agents – don’t mess with the drugs coming in, if you do your job, your the one going to prison.

  23. Lungyao1 Says:

Sad, but it had to …
Sad, but it had to be done. Any human being has rights in this United States. Its supposed to be a good thing. What did they do exactly?
