Example: the Border of Mexico are Belize,Guatemala, and United States but what country has many borders?

It may depend if you only mean land borders or if maritime borders should be included.

Take a look at the link I have provided, it is very interesting.

China and Russia both have 14 different borders.

China: Afghanistan; Bhutan; India; Kazakhstan; North Korea; Kyrgyzstan; Laos; Mongolia; Myanmar (Burma); Nepal; Pakistan; Russia; Tajikistan; and Vietnam.

Russia: Azerbaijan; Belarus; China; Estonia; Finland; Georgia; Kazakhstan; North Korea; Latvia; Lithuania; Mongolia; Norway; Poland; and Ukraine. (Note: Lithuania and Poland only border Kaliningrad, a Russian section separated from the rest of the country.)

Next is Brazil with 10 borders.

After that are the Sudan and The Democratic Republic of the Congo which both have 9 borders.
