Egypt and Texas for example, have borders that look similar to rectangles. But are there any other countries that has 100% of its borders shaped like a rectangle (without any other curves)?
There are none. Most countries have a coast line which is never straight. And most borders are decided by geographic features.
Rough rectangular shapes:
Nepal
Yemen
Equatorial Guinea – (Rectangular except for one side)
There are several states and a province in the US and Canada that are perfect rectangles.
Saskatchewan, Canada
Colorado
Wyoming
Edit: Sorry yes they appear to be rectangles

I am not aware of any countries that have perfectly rectangular borders, due to the fact that most borders follow natural lines such as rivers, oceans, and mountain chains

Correction to above.
Saskatchewan is not a perfect rectangle, nor are Colorado or Wyoming.
They appear that way on a small scale map, but the north borders of Colorado, Wyoming and Saskatchewan are in fact shorter than their respective southern borders. The east west borders follow meridians, which converge at the North Pole.
In addition, Saskatchewan’s east west borders do not precisely follow the meridian line, but are a series of small "steps" which are clearly shown on maps on a county or district scale.

If I understand you correctly, you are looking for a country whose borders are all straight lines at "right angels" to each other (that is, aligned east-west and north-south).
Western Sahara is close – but no cigar.
