| List of Organic fresh milled Ingredients (makes 36-48 pancakes/package) Instructions for Preparation Place liquids in a mixing bowl and stir: 0.5 cups of soy milk, 3.0 Tbs. of sunflower oil (high temperature cooking oil), 0.5 tsp. fine sea salt, and 1-2 fresh eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the recipe base (1.25 cups) with 1.0 Tbs. of baking powder. Now, stir the dry ingredients into the liquids. Add Maine blue berries or other berries of your choice. Wait a few minutes for the beer and baking powder to start to work. Oil the pan with an ample amount of sunflower oil. The pan should be on medium heat. Test a small amount first. We like to put the oven on warm, so the batches can be kept warm until we are done. Serve on a warmed plate with Maine maple syrup. Yummy! If you have mix leftover, it stores easily in the refrigerator for several days. You may have to revive it with baking powder plus another egg.. Ingredients: Enjoy the health benefits of fresh milled grains in this mix. NO wheat. White and yellow corn meal, brown jasmine rice, millet, amaranth, almond meal.
