this recipe combines our recipe base with common baking ingredients from your pantry to make a complete
and nutritious large sandwich size loaf of bread

List of Ingredients-for one 2 1/2 # loaf (this fits in a Zojirushi Bread Machine)

Our Recipe Base-all organic fresh milled grain
Amaranth, Spelt-Triticum, Quinoa, Millet, rice, Oats-Steel Cut, all-purpose enriched unbleached wheat flour

Instructions for Preparation of bread
Steps:

    1. Use 2 Cups of our Recipe Base (concentrate from our package)

     2.  Add the following common baking items from your Pantry:

         2 2/3 cup of unbleached wheat flour with germ added back in (all purpose or bread flour also works)
         1 1/2 cup of filtered water
         3 tbsp of honey
         3 tbsp of olive oil
         1 1/2 tsp of sea salt Combine in accordance with oven baking or bread machine instructions

Instructions for Preparation of pancakes
1 1/4 cup of recipe base makes about 12-16 pancakes

add 1/2 cup of soy milk
3.0 tbsp of sunflower oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1-2 fresh eggs
1.0 tbsp baking powder
stir together and ad Maine blueberries or the like
