Bruce Springsteen Across The Border Live In Studio

Posted by admin on June 17th, 2010 and filed under border | 25 Comments »

Amazing song from the Ghost Of Tom Joad Album.

LYRICS:
Tonight my bag is packed
Tomorrow I’ll walk these tracks
That will lead me across the border

Tomorrow my love and I
Will sleep ‘neath auburn skies
Somewhere across the border

We’ll leave behind my dear
The pain and sadness we found here
And we’ll drink from the Bravo’s muddy waters

Where the sky grows gray and white
We’ll meet on the other side
There across the border

For you I’ll build a house
High up on a grassy hill
Somewhere across the border

Where pain and memory
Pain and memory have been stilled
There across the border

And sweet blossoms fill the air
Pastures of gold and green
Roll down into cool clear waters

And in your arms ‘neath open skies
I’ll kiss the sorrow from your eyes
There across the border

Tonight we’ll sing the songs
I’ll dream of you my corazón
And tomorrow my heart will be strong

And may the saints’ blessing and grace
Carry me safely into your arms
There across the border

For what are we
Without hope in our hearts
That someday we’ll drink from God’s blessed waters

And eat the fruit from the vine
I know love and fortune will be mine
Somewhere across the border

Chinese-Myanmar relations blurred along border

Posted by admin on June 9th, 2010 and filed under border | No Comments »

Chinese premier Wen Jiabao will make an official visit to Myanmar this month, the first by the communist country’s top leader in nearly 10 years.

China is the closest and most powerful ally of Myanmar’s military leaders.

But Chinese policy towards Myanmar is not as homogenous as many might expect.

Provinces along the border often take their own decisions over its relations with Myanmar.

Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from the southern province of Yunnan (02 Jun 2010).

Glenn Beck: Zeta Gang Takes Control of Border

Posted by admin on May 8th, 2010 and filed under border | 25 Comments »

The Zeta Gang is a paramilitary organization that uses violence to control smuggling and drug trafficking routes into the U.S.

As Congress debates granting amnesty to 65 million people, little attention is given to the unsecured Mexican border. Why has the major media ignored the cross-border violence on the southern border?

Behind the 100 billion dollar narcotics trade and smuggling network that enters through the porous southern border, is one of the world’s most dangerous terrorist organizations.

The safety of communites, and law enforcement officers is in jeopardy due to obstructionists in congress who have derailed the border fence and compromised our border security–in favor of cheap votes from illegal alien advocates.

Visit www.pesosforcongress.org, and voice your support for border security and our border agents.
