That would be a reason to celebrate! Start a new holiday along with fireworks and a day off from work. If we had the fence, then the INS could begin kicking out all the illegal alien drug dealers, gang members, chronically unemployed that are sucking services from the U.S. government teat, and finally the prisoners. Then start on the rest.

A fence is a waste of money. Nothing would happen. The problems with illegals needs to be handled at the source. Punish the employers. When illegals are stopped by the police, immediately deport them.
The order could be secured by the use of hiring additional border patrol agents, use of unmanned drones etc.

It’s working in Israel. I am a retired cop from the Az. Ca. Mexico border. What we have now is nothing. Since the Dem Congress is unwilling to enforce the laws we have, we have to try whatever we can before the illegal flood turns us into a third world country.

It would usher in a new golden age. I would finally be able to get that fruitpicking job I’ve been gunning for and I could order food at burger king without pointing. In about fifty years when the illegals already here die, it would probably save the US about as much money as was spent on the fence, so I guess you could say it would pay for itself.
There is one problem though. Do you know how many illegals it would take to build a wall that big on budget?
