		<description>I used this stuff in my bathroom &amp; two out of three packages worked just fine.  With one, I had the same experience you&#039;re having.  I know it sounds odd, but I licked the back to see if it tasted like glue &amp; it didn&#039;t (one of the others did), so I took it back &amp; got a new package. 		<description>If the walls are smooth and clean there is really no reason that the border should not stick.  If you still have the receipt, I&#039;d take it back where you bought it and see if they will return your money.  It&#039;s possible that it was just a bad batch.
Otherwise, the best way to put it up would be to use some wall paper paste, although that may make it harder to remove.
