How do you remove difficult wallpaper border?

I’ve scored the walls, used DIF gel, & a steamer and it just doesn’t seem to help. Does anyone know what else I could use?

I’ve used fabric softener in water in a spray bottle. A friend of mine swears by 7′up. Spray it on and let it soak then scrap.

Elbow grease! Scraping it off is the only way it will come off.

I had trouble getting wallpaper off and I used a spray bottle. I filled it with a mixture of fabric softener and water. About 2/3 softener to 1/3 water. Spray on the wallpaper and leave for a few minutes. Go back and scrape the wallpaper off. If it doesn’t work the first time. Repeat the process. I found it worked really well. It also smells good. Hope this helps.
