I’ve never removed wallpaper before, but everyone has told me to take my iron with a peice of cloth over and steam the paper then it peels of much easier…but the paint underneath the wallpaper is peeling off too! Is it going to make it hard for me to paint? Should I stop? Heeeelllllpppp!!!!

No you dont need to stop taking wallpaper off. Its Comman.
Once you have finished it just use SANDPAPER on the area where its uneven to make it plain n smooth. Doing that,u wont c roughness and different coats of paints. Well u got d right advice of using iron or u could have used hair dryer to make wallpaper’s glue to get soften n easy to take it off.
