I just bought a house, and it has border wallpaper up around the top through the living room.And I need to take that down, but not sure how.

If you take a wet sponge, and get the paper wet, there is a good chance it will peel off. Try peeling it off without wetting it first. If it is stubborn, and only comes off in small pieces rent a steamer and remove it.

   get a steamer, you just press it to the wallpaper for a few seconds and then you can just peel it right off.
