Raila is simply asking the PAC to do some fact finding before summoning the minister of finance. He clearly states the the procurement report was at the Prime Ministers office and they should have perused it before coming up with allegations of corruption. But my question is why the PM didn’t speak up about the report when the finance minister was being summoned?

Raila for once I disagree with you. Parliament account committee has a right to summon any public official to explain certain things in the interest of the nation. Even here in the UK, its own PAC does the same thing, so I do see why it is wrong when the same happens in Kenya. As for Nyongo, please get some sleep and can someone get the mic off that Githae, he is becoming an irritant.
